Dr. Wayne Goffin, MSPT, DPT, Clinical Director
Wayne Goffin, MSPT, DPT grew up on a dairy farm in northern Wisconsin. Imagine his parents’ surprise when he told them that he wanted to be a Physical Therapist! He graduated from Andrews University with a Masters in Physical Therapy in 1989. He has been treating patients in Charlotte County since 1992. He opened his own outpatient clinic in 1999, formerly Progressive Physical Therapy, now FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers in North Port and Port Charlotte.
Always looking for better ways to serve his patients and further advance his professional goals, he graduated in May of 2015 from the University of South Florida with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Wayne loves spending time outdoors. Weekends and vacations, he can be found hiking, biking, skiing, and even once paragliding. His wife and two daughters enjoy trying to keep up with him, whatever adventure he has in store.
Jason Greenwood, DPT, STMT-1
Jason grew up in New York before moving to Florida in 2015. Jason attended the University of Maryland where he received his Bachelors of Science degree in Kinesiology, and then went on to earn his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from the University of Hartford in 2012. Jason has also been certified in Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization.
Jason joined the Fyzical family in 2017 and looks forward to assisting all of his patients meet their goals and return to a healthy lifestyle. Outside of work Jason enjoys staying active, whether it is spending time at the beach or working out at Crossfit North Port with family and friends.
Krystal Hyndman, PTA
Krystal graduated from Keiser University in 2016 with her Associates in Science as a Physical Therapist Assistant with honors and Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society Member. She was a Computer Systems Analyst in the United Stated Army before pursuing her career in Physical Therapy. Krystal is proud to work with the respected rehab team at FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers in both Port Charlotte and North Port locations. Krystal and her family have been in the area for over 20 years enjoying the Florida lifestyle. She loves boating, sand bars, hiking, and spending time with cherished family and friends. She feels the best part of her job is helping patients get back to living the life.
